Children's Ministry

At Simpsonwood UMC, children are challenged to learn Biblical truths through story, art/crafts, and games. In our children’s ministry, we offer programs for children from nursery age through 5th grade. 

There are several, wonderful, seasonal events throughout the school year. We host wonderful children's activities during the summer. These events include, but are not limited to: Fall Festival, Family Advent Celebration, Jesus’ Birthday Party, and the Easter Egg Hunt/Spring Festival.

 3 Year Olds – 2nd Grade (Downstairs in Building B). Children must be 3 by Sept. 1 of the current year and potty trained. 3rd – 5th Grade (Upstairs in Building B).

Sunday School & Nursery 9:45 – 10:45 AM

 

3rd – 5th Grades meets in Lower Building C. 345's is a high energy program with an injection of Christ. 45 minutes for a lesson/story and 45 minutes for games!

PreK – 5th Grades (Various Locations). Mission 252, based on Luke 2:52, is for all PreK – 5th Graders. Time for Crafts, Bible Study, & Recreation.
